Why won't you vote for Trump even after Comey's speech?

if you hate trump, despise trump, wont be voting for him... i want to know why.

They've been told to despise him, plain and simple. The argument is usually "he said some things", all of which was derived from sensationalist headlines.

why not try something outside the box?

There is nothing 'out of the box' with Trump. He is a bloviating, self-promoting jackass whose authoritarian intentions run counter to the Constitution.

if not now, if not trump, then when and who?

Gary Johnson. But I would rather have a pile of cinderblocks than Trump's vision of America.

mexicans are the majority of illegals in this country. most illegals come from mexico, but arent mexicans. chinese, central americans, koreans, polish, arab, iraniain, isis... they are coming over the border from mexico.
oh and by the way... here is the pamphlet that was handed out to people seeking employment in the us from mexico

web.archive.org...://www.sre.gob.mx/tramites/consulares/guiamigrante/default.htm

As we noted at the time, the Guide, while focusing surviving the invasion through the desert processs without getting killed or arrested, also included four pages “devoted to how to live in the United States undetected.”

Have you asked yourself what does Trump really know about illegal immigration? Gary Johnson was a two-termed republican governor of New Mexico. He has nothing nice to say about Trumps immigration ideas. Personally, I think someone who has legitimately handled this issue personally and politically, may well have more of a clue. How about you?

Doesn't he want to deport 10 million people?

Secure the border from here on out. But you already didn't secure it in the past and need to just eat the cost. We're not deporting 10 million people without ripping apart tens of millions of families and entire cities like Los Angeles and entire states like New Mexico. I hate to bring up Hitler but that's Nazi-level evil.

Those people shouldn't be here but if you didn't want them here, you should have secured the border 50 years ago.

Cause trump is a jerk, an average business man at best, arrogant, a Wall street/corporate insider, doesn't believe in Climate Change Science, unethical at best, He's Clinton Light.

i can't vote for him.

I'm voting either Green or Libertarian.

Yes, they've been told.

They have no minds of their own.

They who walk among the rows.

Eyeroll.

Get a fckn grip.

I most certainly DO have a choice not to vote for either of them and if more people ditched the two party paradigm we would be better off.

How did they work out for Bernie? How is that going to work out for Trump? The 'if you cannot beat them, join them' axiom will fail them just as much as any of their supporters. You 'beat them' by beating them. You smash their goddamn effing heads into a wall and win.

You are getting there. Yes it is rigged! Hillary will be Potus this year. So why waste your vote for one of the 2 federally funded parties? Make a difference and vote third party and attempt to create a real change in our 2020 election! Else wise, the establishment will just select your next party again for you.

Trump is our best hope for the future of our country.
I truly believe that he can fix many of the things that have been going wrong for decades.
He is real.
I could go on - later, when I have more time, but I have said it on these forums over and over.
I think this country NEEDS Trump.

And evil, corrupt Hillary will be the beginning of the end if she gets in, so there's that.

The reason I'm not voting for Trump is that his followers like you think that by insulting ATS members; it will win converts to Trumps ideology.

Can you see the disconnect there. It's just to much like a cult and that disturbs me.

So you're not voting for Trump because of a few people you don't like?

I don't trust members of cults. They have forgone logic in place of hero worship. Cult leaders know exactly what they are doing and to me that is despicable manipulation. That's Donald Trump....

I wrote my dissertation for cultural anthro on Cults and their members. Sorry I can't trust you to make a rational decision.

I see, that what you're observing as cult like towards Trump, is what they see the Hillary Crowd as being also.
Could it be there is a bias here on your part?

The entire Govt of American insiders are Cult like. They're also bred to run in this department and often times of the same Blood lines? keep it in the family kinda thing. Changing Policies, Policing the Planet, that sort of thing. Don't you think that is rather Cultish Behaviour?

And i wont be voting for anyone, Im not American.

One of the curious things about cult members is that they can be rational in many ways but are totally oblivious to being manipulated by their object of devotion.

btw....I don't trust Clinton or most politicians. They are either manipulators or being manipulated.

I understand, can you give an example of how a cult member might behave, and why you think so?

I think this is a hot button issue for many and may come across that way to you, at times. I don't believe there is a cult happening here though, but rather, an awakening from one's slumber from those who have had enough of the way things have been run into the ground continuously. Granted, some are a bit half in half out still. Fence sitters if you will.

Seriously? Johnson may not look it or speak it, but his history personally and professionally shows his balls are HUGE! He just doesn't need to brag as much as some because he has a record of proof!

i voted for trump in the primaries. they tried rigging it for cruz... and somehow trump won.
he wasnt supposed to win, they tried fixing it so he didnt, they tried smearing him and using his own words as ammo. yet he prevailed. and they are still pissed... they are still gonna try and get someone else as the nominee at teh convention...trump is not establishment.
if theres a chance we can get a non career politician in office, then im all for it.

I have been listening to Trump since he declared his candidacy. I base my decision on his stupid rants.

I'd rather lose than be on the winning side of either of those choices.

And when one of them wins -- they are simply inaugurated. No one will have any say or choice in the matter, after November.

Do you listen to his speeches? Or are you speaking about the chopped and edited speeches served up for you? If it is the former, then I commend you.
