Hillary Clinton will not be granted a Top Secret or Secret security clearance ever again. This means that she can NOT be President and Commander-in-chief. Case closed. The DNC should replace her with Bernie and move forward to the convention.

I don't think the American public would revolt. Only the establishment higher-ups who would lose the money and power promised them by the Clinton clan.

Comey said that the FBI found no evidence of "intent" to use e-mails Clinton knew were classified. This is irrelevant in indicating her innocence. As far as the law is concerned, whether you knew material was classified or did not know at the time makes no difference to whether you broke the law in making the material public. People have been sent to prison just for making classified information public that they did not know was secret material. According to all legal precedence, Clinton was guilty even if no evidence was found that she knowingly shared e-mails containing classified information with people without any security clearance. Comey's decision is therefore a travesty of justice.

What does not being granted a clearance have to do with being president? The president doesn't have a clearance that is granted by an investigation process.
