So now the big question remains...

When is the State Department going to resume their security review and most importantly, when are they going to permanently suspend the security clearances of those involved?

I can promise you this: If Hillary Clinton maintains her clearance after this FBI report, the fix was in from the start ladies and gentlemen.

The State Department needs to suspend the clearances of all involved. Period. I understand they did not before at the request of the FBI, but that point is moot now.

after all of this do you REALLY think they would be honest? Sorry man, this entire thing is not even about Hillary or Trump or anyone else but just the state of the nation.

This is about the level of corruption that is not hidden anymore but openly showed.

The same people who are protecting her are the same who will make anyone running against her look as horrible as possible. I think however the time has come where people are simply waking up in masses.

If she did not care about the safety and security of this country once what makes you think it will make a difference if she is POTUS....it won't.

Good one, Neo!

I have read, re-read and re-listened to Comey's words. I am so baffled by what he is saying. He is saying two different things and dropping it into Lynch's lap.

Maybe they are trying to gauge the level of public outcry and see just how far we are willing to put up with their cabal of political thugs.

why? I was wrong about the FBI recommending indictment,,, you were wrong about absolutely everything you have said for the last year..

How is that old excuse that stuff was only classified after it left Hillarys possession working out for you these days?

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

I despise Hillary. I think that Trump is a bad joke played on the America people.

But I have a serious problem when looking at the legalities, and the way the FBI Director has treated this situation.

Our elected officials, if anything, should be held to a higher standard than, the average American. Yes the non-politcal American makes mistakes, and they can make mistakes that harm others, but our elected official have to be held accountable, when they make mistakes that can harm our entire Nation.

As Hillary so stated, No bank is too big to fail, and no person should be too big to jail. That should include her.

After saying all that, I would not necessarily support jailing her, but I definitely don't think that she should be a candidate for POTUS. I think the only honorable thing for her to do is to step down.

There isn't a whole lot we can do.

No justice from the FBI.

No justice will be coming from the Department of Injustice.

Hopefully this will light a fire under the right, and increase GOP turnout.

Clinton skated on Benghazi.

Clinton skated on her private email server( which is killer ironic since she push's statism)

I make an appeal to EVERY person that has problems with Clinton.

DO NOT LET CLINTON BECOME POTUS.

Judge Jeanine Pirro called this last week, after the Lynch/ Bill Clinton meeting.

To my recollection, her reasoning was this:

Hillary's first witness, called for her defense, would be President Obama since he exchanged emails with her private email account. It was either that or some other proof that her knew about the email issue.

She said no indictment because it would cause a constitutional crisis, in that we would have a President being reckless with our national security.

These days the average American is beholden to their political party first, then their country.

I don't agree. It's just that the party loudmouths get all the press.

And that is still a dangerous thing because what people hear/see eventually becomes their reality.

People today are having a harder and harder time distinguishing reality from fantasy. People think reality TV is real. People turn on the news and see all these partisan talking heads and assume everyone is like that.

"Well if I'm not like that I better become like that since everyone else is..."

Do you not see the danger?

People's perception of reality eventually becomes the reality they manifest for themselves.

Danger really isn't the point or subject to this comment of mine, unless you also include the danger of making the kind of statement you did.

Maybe I give people too much credit, but I just don't believe that anywhere near a majority put party before country. That's just pure idiocy.

Or the problem could be that this is not facebook and memes are annoying in serious forums.

Actually, the real problem is that an individual under multiple FBI investigations for treason and gross incompetence as a head of state is running for President.

Maybe this one will sit right with you, then. Bryan Nishimura, former Navy reservist, sentenced to 2 years of probation and a $7500 fine after being convicted of illegally transmitting classified materials to his own personal electronic devices even though "An FBI search of Nishimura's home turned up classified materials, but did not reveal evidence he intended to distribute them."

Navy engineer sentenced...

I'm not big on gloating or rubbing it in people's face, but I believe all the conversations we have had on this issue and the crap I have had to deal with has earned me the right to say:

Actually no it does not... you have done nothing but spread mis-truths for the last year.

Are you going on record saying this exonerates Hillary? Or can you admit the truth that the FBI report is a very damning report and should be the end of Hillary 2016?

Oh darn I forgot my reputation has been totally destroyed now that the FBI has confirmed 100% everything I have said about Hillary and the classified information scandal... and it is still very much a large scandal.

double post

EDIT: So what about Hillary saying she never sent or received any classified information? I do believe that has totally been laid to rest at this point.

Top Secret emails... SAP information....

So the FBI will not tell us how information jumped from the TS server to an unclass server and people are ok with this?

Rick has been spot on with his analysis of the evidence - which was confirmed by Comey's statements today. Somehow, "extreme carelessness" doesn't meet the statutory meaning of "gross negligence" and due to precedent "no reasonable prosecutor would charge Hillary". Many of Hillary's talking points were proven false by Comey today.

You may be accurate with your generalized description of how precedent applies to the prosecutorial process, but I don't think it is accurate for you to say you were 'spot-on'.

People: America comes first -- we don't always like our leaders, but we work within the framework of the system we have in place. If we don't like it, then we decide to run ourselves for office or get jobs within the government to make the change we want to see.

Simply complaining and electing the same partisan people isn't going to change anything. We have to make change from the ground up, not the top down. Run for local assembly or mayor of your town. Get involved in state-level politics yourself.

Working within the framework was just proven impossible.

Trying to save the system from within, when it as corrupt as it is has become impossible. Only the chosen advance to true power.

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established,

should not be changed for light and transient causes; and, accordingly,

all experience [has] shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer

while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the

forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and

usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to

reduce [the people] under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is

their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for

their future security." Thomas Jefferson

It is time to throw of the chains of tyranny imposed on us by our corrupt, self serving government.

The tree of liberty needs to be refreshed with the blood of patriots AND tyrants if we are going to keep the 'Great Experiment.

All other measures have failed and are pointless anymore.

Don't hold your breathe.

Really is amazing how hardly anyone with a D by their names, pure as the undriven snow, and have been charged with anything for the past eight years.

Man they must be made of teflon because NOTHING seems to stick.
