Stars going away

I have just noticed when I star posts, they disappear when I refresh or I leave and come back to the post later. Why is this happening?

Did you already star that post maybe? If you try to give a second star it will light up but then goes away when you refresh.

I have noticed this too, I think the solution would be to only have the ability to add stars to a post and not remove them. For some reason sometimes the stars don't show up when they are really there which could lead to human error accidentally removing a star you wanted to give.

I know I am guilty of it.

You can remove flags, but not stars.

OK, that makes sense, just like someone else mentioned about the refreshing issue.

They're talking about when they star other people's posts. The millions of stars thing is a glitch.
