Law Enforcement Sources: Gun Used in Paris Terrorist Attacks Came from Phoenix

One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile “gun-walking” operation known as “Fast and Furious.”

A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

A new twist to the most recent unfortunate attack on Paris.

One of the weapons used on the November 13, 2015 Paris attack has been traced back by a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) case agent.

What's more, authorities know that the store owner apparently has two federal firearms violations, one for selling an illegal weapon and the other for owning an unregistered fully automated weapon but no federal charges were ever brought against the store owner. Instead it seems ATF has gone out of it's way to keep the identity of the store owner hidden.

It is known that "Fast and Furious" is one of many programs throughout the United States that the ATF has been running in which they allowed straw purchasers to buy weapons. Many such weapons have been used in crimes within the United States, and other places, including the November 2015 Paris attack.

What's more, this is not the only case were a firearm from the ATF program "Fast and Furious" has been traced to a crime.

The sources of this report are not being given at this time, except that they work for the ATF, but Judicialwatch has sued the Obama administration for more information.

How many more "coincidences" of our government being linked or tied to attacks need to occur before we realize that these groups are controlled opposition.

Much like 9/11, these attacks only benefit TPTB giving them more excuses to push their agendas.

The weapon was sold during the time Fast and Furious was in effect but was not part of the sting.

Time for international laws to curb gun ownership, transportation and storage because we can't keep these guns in the USA. Right?

Is it possible operation fast and furious was not a gun running campaign into Mexico but a front for passing weapons to terrorist groups in ME via cartels in Mexico. We know terror groups have links into the cartels in Mexico. Could this be Obama's version of the Iran Contra affair?

They can offer up / the UN can pass all the global laws it wants. In the end none can affect the US 2nd amendment. The Federal government is prohibited from expanding its powers by decree from authorities from outside the United States.

You are correct, so watch for "gun violence" (of course, we will see more attacks in the vein of Orlando and San Bernadino) to be pushed as a "national health crisis" so it can be brought under the aegis of the CDC. A national health emergency will be declared, an executive order can be issued by the freshly minted president Hillary under the authority of commerce clause (from whence the CDC derives authority to issue quarantine & isolation protocols) and restrict anything her shriveled black heart desires.

By the time any of these blatantly unconstitutional measures make their way to the Supreme Court, a freshly ensconced Supreme Court Justice Barack Obama will be there to ensure it is upheld.

After that is anybody's guess.
