Every continent in the Southern Hemisphere is having record or near-record cold and/or snow.

You'll never hear a headline like that on the MSM.

But one record-hot-day and it's front page news.

The Northern Hemisphere has also had a lot of record-cold this year, and especially the past few years. This upcoming (Northen Hemisphere) winter is probably going to be the coldest in recorded history because of El Nina and a quiet/weak sun combination, and it'll only get worse in the next decade when the mini-ice-age fully begins.

If you've studied (natural) Climate Change, you'll know we're highly due for some long-term cold, knd of like how California is highly due for a big earthquake.

Saying since it is cold in some places some places then it must mean climate change is bogus is like saying since people ate today around the world then there is no hunger problem...

Nope. its not a consesnsus of all scientist. Settled scienc eis usually bogus science because its never changing. just liek a recent pear shaped atomic particle destroyed the settled theory/belief that all atoms were similiarly shaped. which will have to have to re examine Psysics and their supossed laws.

So no nothing is settled and there is always a argument against it. So we should do nothing and let things happen as they will. you afraid? im not.

Even though extreme weather, increased flooding, more energy consumption due to extreme temps, and increased air pollution are all part of this issue? We should definitely study and make adjustments as needed. That's the "smart" thing to do.

Again, why are only Climate Scientists put under this much scrutiny and scorn? Unless, a large population of the citizenship have been brainwashed by non stop propaganda by people with an agenda that pushes for Fossil fuel use, combustion engines, fracking, coal mining and less solar power because it would be hard for big corporations to make money off of residential solar power.

climate scientist are put under major scrutiny BECAUSE of their posistions. They havent been studying the climate for thousands of years and are only guessing at past temperatures.

I seem to remember that the 97 percentile number of scientist was 97 percent of climatologist and not all scientist. So right off the bat its a lie on all scientist.

The original climate models didnt give the result they wanted so they 'tweaked' the settings to get the desired results. and no oen was called out on it because the sheep are too stupid these days.

Then he is wrong when he says it, it doesn't change anything. And he is hardly the only the does it, people looking to place doubt into climate change will regularly quote it is all scientist as well.

It is a bit more than guessing, you can extrapolate information if you have enough currently. Just because you don't understand how they do doesn't make it a guess.

This thread has strayed quite far from its origin.

There are plenty of other threads discussing climate change, and the OP is quite clearly wrong about the video.

It would be nice if the clutter were reduced.
