Smaller lens on the time travellers camera
No logo or branding, the surface is clear
No black stripe part at the bottom

It looks "like" the QV100 but it isn't a QV100

I clicked on this thread hoping it was about Iron Mike time traveling.
But it's that rehashed camera thing.
Still, it's a better thread than quite a great many lately.

common misconception is that it's one of the casio models mentioned of the photoman model.

but, its actually the Fujix FS-30. if you look at photos it matches perfectly. the way the person is holding the camera, as it is a vertically orientated camera and the glares on the reflective surfaces, the grey areas all match up.



if you notice throughout the video you see a flash of the reflective surface of the clear part of the tape window. the black box on the bottom of the camera is that tape window. the mans fingers are where the zoom controls are at the top of the camera next to the lens. plus the camera lens and flash size matches perfectly. And there's the hand strap on the same side that his hand is on.

mystery solved once and for all. it's a hi-8 camera....

Look closely. It's obviously NOT the camera pictured.

The Cassio has a large black ring around the lens which extends to the outer edge of the camera.

Whatever the man is holding does not have that quality. It's ring around the lens doesn't reach the side of the device.

The very first thing I noticed when the clip starts was how much better Mike Tyson looked before he got his face all tatted up.

What the hell was he thinking?

Oh, the "smartphone" thing was pretty cool. I will grant you the premise that most cameras have their lens in the middle, but not being a photographer, I don't know if they all did on the date of that fight. I'll defer to others that know more in this regard.
