You are so desparate to defend Russia that you are not properly understanding what people are typing. Russia has taken military losses in E. Ukraine and Syria.

Are you going to disagree with Russia on that point? Do you have better info than Putin?

To bring it back on topic - Yes, NATO can say they will remain in the Black Sea and Turkey can approve that on their own.

Xcathdra might be biased, but I'm not.

I have plenty of facts to counter your false narrative.

It wouldn't change a thing, it doesn't. Russia went through a huge change this past couple of decades. They don't move as fast as the US, nor is it do it now now now type of Nation.

Now as for what i mentioned, why can you not see what the US is pushing by coercing Russia into War by taking Country after Country?

Something is very very wrong with this picture.

The only country that is stuck in the 1980s and cold war era is America and NATO. NATO should have being disbanded along with the Soviet Union. The only reason exists today is because of Russia.

Why would anyone want to invade Russia.

Hmm sigh well gosh lets see how many bases does Russia have around Europe? 800+? NATO is the only one who wants to invade Russia and finish off the Slavic.

General S Patton have stated if he had the chance he would gotten rid of Russians completely. So its clear where this Anti Slavic mentally is coming from.

Because its clear some of you Americans can not tolerate the Slavic culture let alone its people and traditions.

Was Russia wrong to act in Ukraine? perhaps

What part of defensive alliance do you not understand? Any NATO member that attacks another nation is not covered by article 5.

What part of defensive alliance do you not understand?

If NATO is an defensive alliance why did it invade and left Libya in Ruins? Libya was once a sovereign, neither was it a puppet to Russia.

For such an defensive alliance it sure acted aggressively. As an aggressor and look at NATO now they arent willing to talk nor mention about Libya anymore lol.

Why is that i wonder?

Well, what would you like to know?

I've kept up quite a bit with the Ukrainian situation.

Russia only defends their military installments.

I'm really surprised they haven't annexed north-east Syria.

Also an defensive alliance does not and should not expand unless it has other plans in minds. Now if Japan started to expand as NATO is doing what would be called again?

An Aggression.

NATO doesnt take countries. Nations can apply to join and they go from there. Since you are only seeing what you want you overlooked the fact Russia was a co creator of the 1991 North Atlantic Cooperation Council of NATO.

Secondly Russia was a NATO Partnership for Peace member starting in 1994.

Finally the Russia-Nato council was established in 2002.

Interesting NATO was ok then.

You also claim that Russia has losses in Syria? really and what are those? are you hoping for Hillary to became prez so she could bomb Syria?

At the same time Russians already have placed S400s in Syria, so Russia hasn't lost anything. Only the gulf states have.

Interesting you argue that the west / NATO cant tell Russia what do do all the while you demand they acquiesce to Russia.

NATO makes its own decisions and Russia has no say in it any more since they left the council.

Nations can apply to join and they go from there

Nations can apply to join with a price.

NATO doesnt take countries.

No but it build bases and occupies countries. And askes these same countries to join the EU. "America has 800 bases" 20 trillion in debt.

When you join the EU u join NATO.

Russia has sustained military casualties in Syria. Again you need to focus and understand what people are saying as you seem to be ignoring everything and jumping around from topic to topic.

Secondly do you want to discuss the op topic or you opening it up for, well, erhmm, everything?

NATO didnt invade Libya.
The UN authorized the use of force.
Russia allowed the vote by abstaining.

Take your issues with Libya up with Putin.

Could you please clarify this statement?

"If a decision is made to create a permanent force, of course, it would be destabilizing, because this is not a NATO sea," Russian news agencies quoted senior Foreign Ministry official Andrei Kelin as saying.

How could the presence of ships in an area where there is no aggression be destabilizing? Russia has no plans to expand or harass shipping, so there is a stable situation which would not be destabilized by the presence of ships that are not engaged in aggression, right? Or does Russia consider the Black Sea to be its own territory, in which case, that would be an act of aggression on Russia's part?
