Dear Mods, are emojis aloud to be used in the title?

The title speaks for itself, are emojis aloud to be used in the title of threads. Does it say so in TOS?

I don't want to see this forum suddenly become a battle of emojis to get the most attention. Just words. No other special characters.

You can use all of the emojis you want in your post but honestly.... Emojis should be used sparingy.

I was following that thread about the emoji issue of yours and then it disappeared... but I though you had gotten an answer... so there is my bratty and very nosy bit.

They are not. A thread was temporarily shut recently due to one.
