The FBI obtained evidence that former CIA director David Petraeus may have discussed information that was "top secret" with reporters, according to an affidavit obtained by Politico.
The affidavit said that FBI agent Diane Wehner told a federal magistrate that the FBI had two audio recordings in which Petraeus spoke to Washington Post reporters about "sensitive military campaigns."
The investigation by the FBI eventually resulted in then-CIA director resigning from his post and pleading guilty to a criminal charge of mishandling classified information.

You do realize that Petraeus' former role as head of the CIA was more of a public relations job, right?
In January 2015, the New York Times reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Justice Department had recommended bringing felony charges against Petraeus for providing classified information to Broadwell. Petraeus denied the allegations and was reported to have had no interest in a plea deal.[196] However, on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, the U.S. Justice Department announced that Petraeus agreed to plead guilty in federal court in Charlotte, North Carolina to a charge of unauthorized removal and retention of classified information.[197] On April 23, 2015, a federal judge sentenced Petraeus to two years’ probation plus a fine of $100,000. The fine was more than double the amount the Justice Department had requested.[198]

Politico: FBI Says Petraeus Shared 'Top Secret' Information With Reporters
So the GOP's double standard for sharing top secret material is showing...here we have the "hero" of the failed Iraq war letting loose classified, top secret material...yet the GOP is still howling over Hillary. Where's their outrage about this?
Hm...pretty quiet from those folks, eh?

The difference is the left wasn't screaming bloody murder, and the GOP is silent about this guy and not raking him over the coals.
