I am currently recuperating and not a big fan of tv and not up for reading a book right now.

Can any one suggest some big interesting old threads from years gone by?

Looking for the proper old skool whacked out well written stuff that only comes along once in a while but catches the forums interest and goes places.

I think I have done most of the silly ones including the one with a time traveliing sausage but anything that can help pass the bordom as I sit here all on my own.

I said I was not in the mood for reading and I have read it a couple of times already but thanks RP.

Any good threads that don't involve a Brexit, transgender issues or a US election?

I was thinking about going back to the old mars rock threads, some of them were a lot of fun a while back.

This actually is a great idea for ATS. An archived top thread forum, read only.

I recommend sublimecraft's ats x-files threads

Np! A few of them at the bottom like the Simon Magnus and I, Libertine threads I've always thought should have done much better (at least I found them interesting lol). You never know about these things thoguh, sometimes it just comes down to posting at the wrong time of day.

Enjoy!

It's not a conspiracy thread, but one of my favorite threads of all time is from Jan 15, 2006 and is a PODcast thread. It's called My Rights vs. Your Rights and contains a PODcast discussion between about 6-7 ATS members over a period of a month. It goes on for 5 pages, which was REALLY long for a PODthread, and explores the relationship between free speech and political correctness and how we're all affected by it on sort of a personal level. Sadly, I don't see these members around anymore (except me). They are missed.

Feel better soon!

Im not trying to promote my own threads, but with the Ats community participation, a great collection of creepy stores was created. www.abovetopsecret.com...

Also a good read: www.abovetopsecret.com...

Hope you feel better soon.

you have some fantastic content (although i am far less fond of political stuff in general).

OP, i don't have time to search them out, but the Untsberg Mountain thread is phenomenal in its first 20 pages.

Anything by antediluvian will be entertaining, though. There are several good members with good content, both past and present. you could go forum by forum and look for the most flagged threads.
