Really. That is how evolution works? No it isn't. Please do not discuss things you have no understanding of. So. What matters is her genitals. You accept that. It isn't character anymore. It's genitals. Great..As to daughters..no they would not be into politics.

So. She's a woman. Woo hoo. Doesn't matter the quality of woman, so long she is one. I understand. I'm not the one with the thick skull. But keep on insulting an old man(relative to others).

I didn’t mean you only

But I’ve crashed your logic, my friend…by analogy

You judge Hillary as no dam good, fine no problem, so that negates her femaleness and the historical gain that FINALLY a woman has a major party nomination.

So you negate anything that starts out problematic.

You negate evolution

Things evolve from bad to better to good

One day now your daughter can be president. Hillary made that possible

Please explain how Hillary made this possible, I'm dying to know!

By your own logic, America had to evolve beyond and make up for slavery and native genocide. And you are trying to compare the evils of America's youth to the evils of Hillary Clinton getting elected. So, by that reasoning, are women going to have to spend 2 centuries making up for the evils Hillary Clinton commits?

I'm using an analogy to illustrate consistency.

No analogy Is ever a literal demonstration.

People negate that it’s a good thing that there is a female nominee based on Hillary’s evil

So you have to judge everything based on what evil anyone is doing at any given time in history

Or you’re inconsistent.

Hey before private parts it was the color of skin.

Doesn't matter if they are the right person for the job.

Doesn't matter what their ideology is.

Just as long as it's a 'first' of something.

Ah, but some of us carry light around for others to find their way. It is easy to get lost in the dark, if you do not look for a light.

I really liked your story. It is true. Not made up, not hyperbolic. These things really existed in our lifetime.

This is a historical moment for women and men.

The same way Obama has made it feasible that another black man can be president.

The same way Jackie Robinson made it possible for other black men in the 50’s to play major league baseball

Good point. Being different now is vital. I realize being an individual actually is important, but this is getting ridiculous.

Given the total trainwreck of his Presidency, I think Obama has done a great deal of damage to the prospects of any future black candidates going against someone who likes to play the race card...

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA made that possible.

Hmmmm, I wonder why it took so long to get to this historical night?

And then you celebrate the eventual outcome of the evil nation in nominating an evil woman.
But my point is this: celebrating the historical significance of this event is wonderful, if this event truly is wonderful. And if it were any other politician with a vagina, I'd probably have 0 qualms about it whatsoever. But if the only reason you're happy is because because of her gender, and can't understand why that is not enough for others, you are purposely wearing blinders.

So people here don’t think its social progress that the US may have a female president
FINALLY after…how many years this country has been here?

That’s too bad

Sure a lot of that in this thread.
Women are used to hearing us discussed by men.

Well this confirms my suspicions, although it's not like they weren't confirmed by your previous statements.

Is the Social Justice Regressive Coolaid bitter or sweet?

Ugh...listening to Hillary's victory speech seems so hollow to me.......I guess she's saying the "right" things and people are eating it up....sigh....I'm sure flashing the Illuminati hand signal was just my imagination....

If it was anyone other than her..sure..progress. She does not deserve the footnote in history.

That isn't progress.

That is basically affirmative action in play.

Doesn't matter if they are qualified, or if they are the RIGHT person for the job.

The token insert descriptor.
