Lazy day sounds great!

Well, I am meeting our head of maintenance at Lowe's because he has the credit card. I convinced our director that the flower bed in front of our office was in desperate need of attention and after submitting a proposal my budget and ideas were approved and the budget increased by $50.

One little ace in the hole that helped me was that I am hosting a board meeting at my training center on Tuesday so...everything needs to be perfect.

I've set it up with one of our group homes for some of the guys to come and pitch some dirt. Then I'll have a plaque made honoring them for building it.

I took a before picture. Hopefully that and the after picture will make it into our newsletter. I'm thinking about submitting it to the State also. The guys could get an award!

Busy day of dirt and sun! 84 degrees and low humidity (finally!). Doesn't get any better than that right there! LOL

If enough people like it you or Nights or Jess or whomever can put it in the opening post of the next topic if you'd like, seeing as we're approaching 100 pages and that will probably happen soon. The poem was partially inspired by this place and other places like it, so it fits quite well.

Good morning everyone! Spent my day yesterday(most of it) with my mom, a friend came over and my mom's friend with her little son(he's 5). Had some birthday cake(And another cake which I did not eat yet). Nothing special. Nothing's changed. Well, not on the day of. Change occurred a week or so ago in terms of character development as literary experts would say I assume. Couldn't bring up the infatuation. Didn't have enough good cheer lol. Walked my friend back home because it was nice, dark and quiet out so it was a nice walk, and I did mention the topic I wished to discuss, but suggested we go out for good cheer to tell the whole of the tale. Hmm, hadn't planned to ramble so long and aimlessly. How is everyone else?

Yep, a great merry time! Yes, my birthday indeed. I don't know why birthday's are considered so special. Don't much care for mine, though it was great fun to see my friend! And my mom's friend's son who pouted when he had to go.

Good that it is fine with you. What are the plans today? If I recall correctly, yesterday or the day prior you meant to try and get a loan.

Me, not too busy a day today. But it is a fine day. Nice and sunny out.

I just drove by this scene and had to get some pictures for the shed.

This is on the road near where I'm living, a Mama moose with a brand new little baby.

You only see babies this small during the beginning of summer so it is pretty special.

That last one you can see the mama peering at me from the woods lol.

Ak protip: Never approach a mama moose with a baby, she will stomp you out😵

I got these from the safety of my vehicle, and I went really slow cause I didn't want to startle them too much, just to be nice...
