You are not God, nor can one produce
an alternative for God, The great delusion is
to believe you can or need to do anything.
Birds are birds, cats are cats and dogs are dogs.
None of them are trying to be God.
Only Humans, gives that one a go.
Normally that is to position oneself
in a higher spot than others.
Other times an attempt at magic.
A mixture of self-admiration and delusion
creates the strangest illusions.
To know thy self.
is our only true solution.
Something that is always available,
if your keen and able.

Technolgy will enable God mode. nano machines, genetic engineering, designer humans and animal human hybrids.

Create a group of humans in secret with horns, bat wings, tails and hoves. Help if body odor was sulfurous.

Fauna do not have have the intellect to consider a God creator; they just want to survive in a natural selection (kill or be killed) system.

I says, we know that humans have abilities and they can be good, but a human can not be God if not they would be called God.

Yes it is true what you say about fauna, and yes humans can consider a God. But they also consider a double decker bus and yet they do not try to imitate one.

Yes we all dabble and we all have moments of delusion. The delusion stops when we realize what we are and what we are not. Before hand we can easily get ourselves in a big mess.

Yes I agree, comparison is a benficial tool and an important aid. A higher standard for us Humans is always good to. I realize what I have written can be taken as Dogma, but in all honesty it is not a paragraph of text about religeon but more of a phylosophical gest. A list of simple things we "humans" often forget.

And also I would like to add more seriously that people shy from responsibility more often than not imo, so they shy from being God. Because if people really did play the God role more often... there'd be more justice in our current lifetimes instead of us relying on justice being delivered in our afterlives.

So I think you're talking about something else entirely, maybe how people act like their sh-t don't smell and make really ignorant and mean judgements about other people. Which is the result of some kind of toxic paradigm, a kind of evil language virus meme that's been spreading throughout the ages and morphing and evolving to adhere to the minds of humans? Something like that, involving ego, and ignorance, and darkness.

That, too, is just part of our existence... but I think it's also in our nature to try to tear those evil roots out, like do things to stop the evil meme from spreading. Trample it out of our bloodlines. Free ourselves from that ignorance... usher us into an age of light. Etc. Which is more a Godly thing to do, tbh. So "playing the God role," which is kind of what you just did, and is also natural to us, involves ridding ourselves of evil meme's, accepting our humanity and mortality, and delivering justice where needed within a lifetime, lol.

I respect you and your answer, but in attempt to be more precise I would say this. Evil tries to make innocence in to evil, as this occurs innocence is tarnished. Wisdom knows that evil cannot be pulled out like a weed, wisdom knows she is not evil and in knowing this evil in that space can be no more. None the less the nature of evil is to try, try and try. Evil is always looking for rebirth where as Wisdom always is. Wisdom knows that playing God is another con, another pull back in to the dark. It more like the candle dispells the dark, yet wisdom knows that although the light makes it impossible for the dark to be, potentialy the dark is there.thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure I quite understand what you are saying, however I do know... in our natural world, light creates shadows. Even though light makes it impossible for the dark to be, the stronger the light is... the darker the shadow. I find that interesting.

But as for things that are bad for you, aka... evil? They exist. Like, for instance, if you were to drink gasoline... that would be bad. There's no question about it. It's unhealthy and nothing you can do can turn that into a blessing in disguise. But gasoline, in and of itself, is not evil, per say. Another example is sex. Sex can be healthy when it's time to procreate and between two consenting adults and all that good stuff- however sex can produce unhealthy conditions as well, like health issues that can be passed down from generation to generation possibly when children are involved, or STDS, or weird diseases where animals are involved, and etc.

There's a place for everything and when things fall out of place... that's when they start to hurt us, it seems. And life is about... abiding by the truth so we can live. One truth is that we need sleep and water and food to live, so we sleep, drink, and eat. We abide by the truth, we live. If we ignore the truth and remain ignorant, we will die. It is what it is.

There's also ways to prevent evil from entering our lives, or at least, making it harder for evil to enter our lives... by applying knowledge. So, if drinking dirty water = diarrhea and discomfort, we then prevent that diarrhea by cleaning our water. And if this act isn't pulling evil out like it's a weed? Then I don't know what is.

Let me say this, maybe as a metaphor it is pulling out of a weed. But to be precise what you are saying in gardening terms is to look after your land so well, that if the seed of a weed was to enter it would not be able to spread roots.That is not playing God, its being a faithful gardner.
With regard to your shadow ideas, yes it is true also. But the light creates no shadows. Its something standing in the way of the light that does that. In fact it limits the light, but does not block it out fully. This allows for other plants to grow below that tree, ones that can only take small amounts of light. The gardner works with the cosmos, he is not God he just another element in the Garden and does his/her best to create a certain harmony.

To know thyself is not a solution - it is what is happening but it is often thought to be a prescription. The assumption is that 'you' are a thing that can be known but you are what is knowing the manifestation of yourself. The manifestation of yourself is not a thing - it is not a person that was born and will die - it is this that is happening.
Whatever is happening is the beingness of you.
Timeless being.

You could imagine time and space outside presence in which you can appear as some thing - this would be 'playing God' - you would have to make a graven image of yourself to do that - do not make idols of me!!

God can pretend that he has power over the before and after but he is all power presently (omnipotence). There is nothing separate or individual - it can only appear to be separate if the present is divided into before and after.
Who lives in the before and after?

The word God means the life, the way and the truth - there is only this that is. Whatever is happening is what there is.
