Suggestion, why not allow ONLY natural born females in the female and male restrooms & keep natural born males and changed males in the male restrooms?
This limits exposure for the young girls and young boys... The young girls won't come in contact with any natural or changed males in the restrooms, the young boys may come in contact with changed females in the restrooms however. But hopefully the young men can deal with the situation safer then the young women can if required.
