Chris smalling confused for Obama.. wtf?

Was just checking the daily football gossip on bbc sports website when I came across this picture.
Gave me a little chuckle so thought I would post it here..

It's a mug that is supposed to be a picture of England and Manchester United defender chris smalling, but is actually a picture of Obama. .

what, they mixed up Obama with a soccer player, and you are shocked at the low quality of just using a template and photoshop instead of actual team photos?

Is this product even licensed by the team/league? Is that how its done in England or with this sport?

I expressed no shock. The way I interpreted the OP was that this was somehow an innocent mistake, a mix-up. All I said was that it looked photoshopped. Ho hum.

Does this mean Obama's English name is Mike?
