Everyone is a minority group in some shape or fashion. Thanks to your reasoning , I am now looking into what type of minority group I could get mega-bucks for discrimination against. Shouldnt take but a few minutes. Then I retire

The company is now replacing the 'offending' words on its toilet doors and will use gender symbols instead.
