Curious What has happened in February ?

i speculated back in Dec 2015 that all evil demons would be given the green light to cause chaos after Feb 8th.

Since then, gold has risen, China's economy has collapsed, Supreme Judge got assassinated, multiple major earthquakes and volcanoes erupting since then.

However, i speculate that the people that exist in this realm are spiritually biased and that is how the nukes have not started to reign down so far. Yet in other parallel versions of Earth with ATS members that were afraid of World War 3 are right now living through WW3 in that time-line. Hence why the Matrix has had to occupy their ATS account to make everything seem as normal.

Yet like you say, many members do not seem to have a mind of their own any more.

I don't pretend that I can understand everything you're saying but,

if you talk about being spiritually biased it applies to me. I've made my mind up yesterday to treat this physical reality as an Simulation of some kind.
In a way i thought it would make me psychotic but it actually helped me to become 'normal'. ME is a biathc but being biased even more.

Now what if the majority of ATS members that have been here for 5+ years are also of a similar mindset ?

Its almost like the Simulation of banding similar minds together.

Here is another thing to look out for. When you make a major change in the way you think, monitor any changes around you as if you really did shift into another world via Law of Attraction.

Having lived through early indoctrination into Fundamentalist Christianity, and then escaping by running through the Wonderland of New Age/Alternate Religions/Magick etc. I can tell you this, although anecdotally:

Guard your reality function if it's working. If you get up every day, go to work, pay your bills, love your friends and family and pets, and don't spend any more time than any of us do in the Existential Pits of Doom ... hang on to that world-view with everything you have.

The nature of human reality (and by this, I mean the virtual map in our minds) is malleable. Screwing around with the basic definitions of "actual" "imaginary" "illusory" "mind-based" "temporal" "material" etc. creates a ... "temporary head space" in which things can seem to happen in an acausal or deeply "interconnected" way.

This "tech" can be incredibly liberating ... or profoundly imprisoning (and perhaps, both).

Best of luck. May random chance fall in your favor.

I get this history of yours. But perhaps we have a different reaction to it. I too grew up in a very fundamentalist family, and then went through some other cult like orgs later after Christianity, including New Agey ones. As a result of both, but especially the first, I have a strong aversion to fundamentalism, group think, or ideological orgs of any kinds.

However, I'm not sure an answer is to simply stop being open minded to the esoteric or alternative realities, and instead adopt almost a fundamentalist materialist viewpoint. I get what you are saying however about maybe the healthiest thing is focusing on the now, family, friends, etc. The esoteric can be a deep rabbit hole.
