Kind of
Red and black eggs
only a Rosicrucian would know
So we have Passion.
And we have Malice, Hatred... low feelings.
Red is a Primary, while Black is used to help blend Primaries (as is White).
Red is Physical, specific to the Nature of Man.
Black is the Negation of Pure Spirit.
It seems like mixing a Black into a Red would weaken the Nature of Man by Negating some of Man's Pure Spirit.
Since Blue is Spiritual and Yellow is Intelligence... we have the Body of Man (Physical) and the Negation of Pure Spirit.
What I'm missing, which might help tie these things together... is the darn eggs, and what they embody.
However it seems like Red+Black is leading to something akin to the least developed (without getting into Minor Colors for things like Deceit, which
is Blue and Yellow to get Green, but the Deceit is explained as in some hues of the less desirable combinations of Green will be found Red and
Black... the fact that Deceit is being pushed towards the Red/Black spectrum of Green leads to further believe in my idea that Red+Black is a lowest
or least developed...) embodiment of Man.
So I'll take a stab at it here.
The Eggs represent just that... a starting point, a creation. Combining Red, or the Physical form of Man, and Black, or the Negation of Pure
Spirit... starting us off basically as an Empty Shell. A Physical Form with No Pure Spirit. Our 'birth'?
And we journey from there to add the Colors of life and experience? To add the Blues (Spirituality) and Yellows (Intelligence) that make us Complete
Men... and even to know the Dark Greens like Deceit as they are part of the Human Experience?
Again, spit balling here.
Am I on the wrong planet, or at least close to the broad side of that barn?
