Admittedly, I have be a Celine fan for years. She has been a source of 'balance', of unwavering positive energy. An inspiration.

Last night, Celine received the Icon award from the BIllboard Awards.

She performed Queen's "the show must go on" as her tribute to Rene and his request that Celine continues to perform.

As Rene has been, first a mentor and later husband and father, she has relied on him since she was 12 years of age.

Celine stands as evidence of Rene's efforts. She is a strong woman. You be the judge...
