Billionaire Republican donor Sheldon Adelson is reportedly willing to give Donald Trump as much as $100 million for his presidential campaign -- a purported record-setting amount for the wealth casino magnate.
Adelson pledged the amount to Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, during a meeting last week in New York, two GOP sources told The New York Times, which first reported the story.
Trump will indeed need the support. Much of the billionaire businessman’s success in the primary race came from his ability to fund his own campaign and tell voters that he is not beholden to corporate, Wall Street or lobbyists’ interests.
Adelson’s support for the Jewish state is so intense that he opposes American efforts to broker a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, arguing that the Palestinians are “an invented people” whose “purpose … is to destroy Israel”; rather than negotiate with Iran, Adelson has called for a preemptive nuclear strike against the Islamic Republic.

Trump really isn't for sale, but the problem he has realized is that the Democrat party IS FOR SALE, so to be able to compete with that kind of money he absolutely is going to need some big contributors to be able to make a successful campaign.
It isn't like he will use his position later to funnel kickbacks and graft to known corrupt people and dummy corporations like the Clinton Campaign has done.

Theyre all for sale (except the Pauls).
Trump is wealthy so he has much more to lose than the average nobody and will do what he has to in order to protect that wealth.

Why? So we just need to act like he is going to take lots of money and not owe anybody down the line?
Sounds to me like he is just pulling a bait and switch. If he is worth the 10 the billion, why does he need the help?

You sure are clueless when it comes to Trump aren't you? That's all Trump has done is sell himself his whole life but why waste time with facts because he was even able to convince his followers that he been self funding his campaign. Of course the Dems are for sale they saw how much the GOP made when they sold out so they thought they would get their piece of the pie.
I look forward to all the Soros whiners who constantly cry when he gives the Dems a few million let's see what they say about an anti-American like Adelson giving Trump 100 million. Btw he gave Romney the same amount.

So you use half truths to try and justify your guy lying to you? That is fine.
I guess you don't want to see that Trump is no better than Obama and selling you on his version of hope and change.
