In response, grammarians agreed that this would be a valid understanding of the phrase, also adding that there should be an apostrophe in “nations” and that by using "has been," the statement gives the impression that homosexuality has been ordained by God.

You heard it in Texas first...
Homosexuality has been ordained by God Himself.


All because of a comma placement, Texas has been labelled a majority Gay by the GOP themselves.

The Texas GOP refused to comment on the mistakes.

I think the criticism is inaccurate.
Once "has been" is corrected to "have been", it is clear enough that the participles "ordained", "recognised" and "shared" are all attached to the word "truths".
Even better, "truths" could be amended to "truth".
