Some Tribal societies would not blink an eye lid at the naked form of others no matter what sex

In most Modern society's it is taboo
As such a Modern society can not be said to be natural

But society is what it is and as such ... one's own personal privacy should be repected

The real question is:
Why do we shy away from nudity? Why are people offended when they see a naked body? Male, or Female.

Nudity is the default position, unless we have started having kids that come out completely clothed.

It has a lot to do with Obama. He has stepped in and threatened to cut federal funding to any schools that try to disobey these new laws. That is a very personal connection and role that Obama is taking.
