Bruce Jenner (aka Caitlyn Jenner) types would be allowed to shower in the girls locker room next to your daughters. He/she still has a penis....and guess why? He/she still desires females. Sure. Like lesbians now. Just without the member.

However I haven't seen a kid use public open showers ever. Even 30 years ago when I was kid. Most schools have seperate stalls.

I also coach a school sport. Kids don't shower in public showers like jail. It just doesn't happen that way. The trend has been single stalls for a long time now. The crap school I coach at the showers literally don't work.

In a school same sex naked I.e. a shower is not a crime, opposite sex exposure is a crime. Anyone who aids or abets this will be charged.

Why was this defined as a crime?
Is the exposure any less damaging if it is unintentional?
Why are you pushing to put MINORS in that situation?

These are things that need to be at least discussed in a public forum........hmmm where would that be maybe a school board meeting?

Pushing "morality" through government never works. For either side.

I really don't care about NC. That's one state out of 50.

Our elementary school has a pool. All kids learn to swim in PE.
Your not the only parent/school in the USA.

But let go by an apeals court or pardined by the feds. It's not a real law. It's a state law waiting to be shut down by the federal government. Though it looks as though the old free market private enterprise may do it.

Not fear.

Nobody is afraid of a body part. It is about the girls' right to privacy and society's right to decide what is taboo.

It is not about civil rights. There are other ways to accommodate this 0.3 of 1% without exposing (no pun intended) our young teens and pre-teens to this.

Some of it is about federal government over reach and cramming sh*t down everybody's throat whether they want it or not.

Some of it is about opening Pandora's Box to other types of people with less than honorable motives.

There are Bruce types that retain their penises because they are aroused sexually by straight girls. Go figure. That arousal is a little hard to hide for these Bruce types and many parents and kids don't want this exposure.
