I am also well aware that there are indeed girls that are innocent and would be induced into a true state of shock should they see something they have zero desire to... As well as those who would be confused and not want to and want to at the same time...

I'm and adult and i still get shocked when i see a one eyed snake. In fact i don't even like to see people kiss on telly or elsewhere. Yet here are the liberals trying to say all children want to see that? and should get over it? BAH. It's all BS. Gender is in the brain. The brain tells you what Gender you identify as. Sexual biological difference is physical. We are discussing Gender not biological Sex.

There is no majority common right in a Democratic Republic, same right applies to all. Therefore, there is no Special Right at all.

I would not be in the woods because this discussion is about public toilets. Which prevent disease by disposing of human waste properly.

Everyone needs to have access to a public toilet for public health reasons.

There is no way she would let her child go into a bathroom alone with a grown man following her.

A transgender m/f is not a man, she's a woman. Her brain tells her so.

I don't think a child should ever have to be separated from their caregiver. I fully support a father's right to escort his daughter into the women's restroom (or the men's room).

Maybe its time we make them all Family restrooms.

My grandson is 8. He goes where I go.

When I was a kid we had a weird neighbor at the end of the block. We lived at the edge of town, and the end of the block went into a field and then some woods. And he had a large plot of land with a huge junkyard in the back.

He wore shabby clothes with a big mustache and beard and long matted hair, as if he didn't bath regally, and he usually stank too, when I would come across him. Of booze, cigarettes, and armpit.

I don't know why I remember the conversation but it came to mind. I remember being near him and a tree near the field at the end of the road and he was talking about the Bible.

He talked about how it was all nonsense and morality and Godly standards were a lie.

That mankind came from the animals and we are animals. And there is nothing wrong to have animal desires. He said, you know, the dogs they go around and BLEEP whatever dog they want.

He said. Humans are the same way. There is nothing wrong with me grabbing anyone I wanted and BLEEPING them, whenever I wanted to.

And the animals do it out in the open. He said there should be no problem with people going around grabbing whomever they wanted and BLEEPING them in public in front of other people. Because we are animalistic by nature, and that it was just normal.

And that people who tried to force morality upon us are evil and screwed up.

Americans have the right to privacy and to use public facilities that correspond to their gender. All Americans.

People have different gender identities, that is an accepted medical fact.

Those of you who keep posting about "a war" to keep people from using the public facility proper to their gender are hysterically promoting an insane agenda of division with the not-so-subtle threat of violence.

Why do you think you have a right to know the genitalia of the person in a public facility with you? That seems intrusive and obsessive, not to put too fine an edge on it.

Do you want to have someone verify your genital status to enter a bathroom? Because that's what you're suggesting here.

I would said 10% (probably less) of transgender people are passable and really hard to tell if they're the opposite sex and many need years of hormones to make changes, which is horrible for your body btw.

And yes people are pushing back and using terms like "war" "jihad" because the Obama administration is looking to cut funding and you have school expelling students for not using proper gender pronouns.

Did I say Gender Fluid? No. I didn't say that.

Transgenders are not Gender Fluid, and no they do not switch back. I know there are some articles on the net claiming that, but real experts in the field of transgender say NO.

Equal Rights/Treatment of a minority is in the Constitution/Bill of Rights.

The medical/psychology field supports transgender is real.
