Yes, but never from cruising altitude of an airliner. You can't control that simply because upper atmospheric conditions are constantly changing, and while they may be predictable to an extent, they never would be considered reliable predictions for such purposes.

Im REALLY trying not to say what i want to say about chemtrail believers supposed interest in "only the truth". Trying to keep things light and positive.

As for chemtrails you should ask yourself why we don't have an actual sample taken from a chemtrail while it is still in the air...because there is a company that can do it?

If one can show one you would have your conspiracy, but in over 20 years we have not one which proves those who believe in them and push them know they have nothing.
