So, as far as we can tell it has been declared a crash without formal identification of a crash or any debris, the plane went off the radar and a few eye witnesses saw a flame in the sky. 3 of the crew are rumored to be security personnel. More annoyingly it has taken a fleet of boats, choppers and military personnel all this time to come up with nothing given the area is pretty localised. I would have thought locating the wreckage (if any) would have been a little easier given the scenario.

Debris has been found in the search for the EgyptAir plane that crashed into the Mediterranean Sea with 66 people on board after the jet went into a sudden spin and plunged 22,000ft before vanishing off the radar.
DEBRIS FOUND

The fact that the plane crashed is obvious. What is not know at this stage is what lead to the crash. It's semantics, they haven't 'declared' anything official. They have stated a fact, that the aircraft crashed into the sea.

my wife is from the island where the plane went missing. apparently there were Turkish military exercises going on near the area. if the plane had issues there are multiple islands in the agean which could accomadate a A320

Four Turkish F-16 jet fighters, three naval aircraft and six helicopters on Monday entered the Athens FIR without submitting flight plans. There were 18 violations of traffic rules in the Athens FIR that evolved in 42 violations of national airspace at different points of the Aegean Sea. None of the Turkish aircraft were armed. In all cases, the Turkish aircraft and helicopters were recognized and intercepted by Greek fighter planes. The Turkish flight activity is part of the military exercise Beyaz Firtina conducted in international waters throughout the Aegean.

Spouting conspiracy theories just for the sake of doing it doesn't seem like a reasonable thing to do. If there is some evidence pointing to a particular theory then sure let's discuss it.
