Koreans determine personalities by blood type, it's the equivalent of asking an American "what sign are you" in order to see the type of personality and compatibility.

I have tags. And my type is posted on them.

But they way I found out was a typical physical. Many years ago. They do blood work and along with that comes the type. They ask if you don't know and tell you.

For people that get a complete physical, then, that's a good thing! For those that don't, however, it's another matter. I know, for a lot of years, I didn't go to the doctor unless it wa pretty serious. Flat couldn't afford it. At least they can learn the type quickly, for emergencies.
