You seem to be knowledgeable on these sorts of issues.
Can you comment on the defamation aspect?
Sorry, I am not familiar with that aspect, can you provide more information?

Was she? In court or on the radio interview?
Kinda reminded me of medical personnel calling burned victims "crispy critters".

If this super pac were to create radio spots, tv ads and billboards, as described in the OP, claiming they were sexually assaulted by Bill, without having been found guilty in the court of law of doing so, could that be grounds for a defamation lawsuit?

How come he's never brought a defamation suit over the past thirty years against any of these accusers?

If you were him would you want to be deposed regarding that many allegations by one or more well-skilled attorneys?

Exactly my point. This was a question to a Hillary supporter who thinks Bill has grounds for a defamation lawsuit. Lots of accusers, ala Bill Crosby.

If she had left him, there would be "Hell to pay" from the religious right.
Poor Hillary, her whole life has been steered by the right.
Right wing conspiracy, religious right, and those who are just plain right.

Doubtful. He would have to file a complaint alleging that his character is being defamed and then they would all be able to depose him.

The issue in the Bill Cosby case is he drugged them.
No. The issue in the Cosby case is that he sexually assaulted them.
