Doubtful. He would have to file a complaint alleging that his character is being defamed and then they would all be able to depose him.

Feminist, and a large body of the voting block will vote for Hillary simply because she isn't Donald Trump, and because she is the only candidate, assuming she is the Democratic nominee, that supports women's reproductive rights. Reproductive rights and health care are a game changers for many Americans.
