Street Artists Salute Bernie Sanders

Short video of Street Artists coming together in support for Bernie Sanders. Bernie recently dropped in to see what it was all about and exclaimed “I gotta tell you, on a personal level, it’s a little bit weird ... to see all thee guys who look like me on the wall.”

Much like probably the most identifiable Campaign Art by Shepard Fairey of Obama "Hope" (great art only wished it happened), the art is all about restoring Power to the People.

As the Slate video below asserts:

“Bernie and unsanctioned art appeal to the same people. He is to establishment politics what street artists and graffiti writers are to blue-chip galleries.”

This is awesome!

Street artists are one of the finest representations of freedom that still currently exists in this modern day and age. It shows a lot about Bernie himself that he took the time to go there and interact and enjoy such a wonderful medium of expression!
