So you're saying that this is an important issue because if this was a conservative there would be an issue? Not only is that pure conjecture but isn't that hypocritical?

"Ogling?" Why is it when the right-wingers don their special little snowflake outfits they go overboard on the butt-hurt? On a scale of 1 to 10, this barely registers a zero for 'outrage.'

Want creepy comments about Trump's daughters you don't have to look any further than The Donald himself.

“Yeah, she’s really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren’t happily married and, ya know, her father . . . ”

On Ivanka posing for Playboy: “It would be really disappointing — not really — but it would depend on what’s inside the magazine. I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

The hilarity is you don't need a hot mic to catch these quotes.

People are getting all bent out of shape for a man talking about a woman's "runway walk"??

There ARE real problems in the world.

No they aren't.

They aren't demeaning, derogatory, or discriminatory, and it's not sexist to say she looks good and carries herself well.

Trump fondles and cups his daughters boobs = it's all good, man!

Dude makes a comment regarding a woman's physique = instant outrage

How is this even an issue? How is this even remotely close to sexist, as the OP says it is?

He is an attack dog for the Left. He said Obama made a tingle go down his leg. That is why he is held to a standard he set.
The Left attacks the Right for sexism almost as frequently as racism, it's a dirty trick and this player just got caught with his double standard exposed for all to see.

LOL what he is saying is that this is only an issue because 'conservatives' don't normally make an issue of it, yet they actually do make an issue of it every single time.

Saying someone is attractive is sexist

No it's not. I consider some males friends way more attractive than me and chat to them about such things with a chuckle.
Attraction sexually or otherwise is not sexist.

I have female friends who are sexually active and attracted to both men and women, are they sexist as well?
Maybe you don't understand the meaning of the word sexist? Being sexually attracted to another human is not sexist, just PC/feminist types would like to make it so.

This thread really is amusing, and I laugh at when Britain was known as the sexually repressed of the English speaking world, lol.

Republicans said anything/everything they could to discredit Obummer.
First - he's a Mooslim. (Consitution explicitly protects the right to religion, anyway) Second - he's a socialist.
Third - the Muslim Brotherhood are "his people."
Fourth - he was born in Kenya, not American (hardly a peep was made regarding Cruz)
Fifth - he is the Anti-Christ.
Sixth - he is actually Osama Bin Laden
Seventh - Michelle is actually a man

I've seen it all over the past seven years on ATS. It is instant stars and circle-jerks for whoever drops the funniest truth bomb on Obummer. I've seen people consider Obama as a "secret Muslim spy working for IS who infiltrated the government."

His entire presidency (and no, I do not support him, I did not vote for him, and I do not like him) he has constantly been under attack, and it's out of my control that some of the most insane and wacky conspiracies imaginable have emerged from the deep-seated hatred that many seem to have for ol' Obummer.

My point is - the right attacked the left vehemently and consistently, and don't get me wrong I don't really care, for years - and no one bats an eye.

The MOMENT someone - regardless if they're left, right, sideways, or diagonal - says anything remotely negative regarding Trump its blown out of proportion and is - of course - some sort of conspired event in order to discredit him, and always is considered a "shameless defamation of character."

You forget to finish the last part of your sentence: "It's a dirty trick, but only if the other side uses it against me."

I voted for Ron Paul and then Gary Johnson, so no - I'm not a leftie. There is simply no denying the sheer amount of vitorol and hatred that Republicans spewed towards Obummer. Some of it warranted; drone program, Fast & Furious - others not so much.

I'm just sitting back and enjoying the right-wing become a victim of their very-own widely and commonly used tactics. Smear, smear, smear, and then smear. It's funny watching them cry foul - and albeit rightfully so - however, it's their own doing.

It's entertaining to watch unfold. It took Republicans years to understand and accept the fact that Obummer is considered a natural born citizen, and how many threads were created on ATS regarding it?

Don't play coy and act surprised when the cards are turned.

Lol, Tump isn't new to the dance for the Right.
The Right experienced far worse vitriol with Bush than Obama worshippers ever have, simply for the fact that the media has had a love affair with Obama. Which brings us to this thread, a major player and Obama cult figure caught with his pants down when confronted with the challenge of opposing Trump, he melted away at the mere sight of Trump's wife.

The story is disturbing, it's funny, it's satisfying, it's a whole package of fruity goodness all rolled up in one.

A real man would have said:

"Rarely does God grant the human eye such beauty to gaze upon"

What, do you need to believe in god to be a 'real' man these days or something?

The guy's mistake was the mic, not the comments. Go on, what exactly was wrong with what he said about the former model?

*Edit*
...and honour women?! Just for being a woman? Bwahaha! You obviously don't realise how ridiculous that is.

No no no you don't see.

Twas beauty killled the beast

Really?
That is your reasoned response?
What is it even supposed to mean? The kids story/cartoon film?
I can't believe I posted more words than you even asking, lol, I love crazy cat's like you on ATS.

I agree. Melania is a hottie...and Trump gets to hit that every day.

Lucky for me that I'm not an uber-liberal news commentator with an extensive on-air record of calling other people sexist, while pretending to be Holier-than-thou on television.

One thing is probably certain: It doesn't bother Trump.

His marriage isn't like yours or mine. It's more like Hillary and Bill's.

I would have to agree. With you and with Matthews. Melania is a very striking woman and she moves fluidly, much like Deanna Troy. I have admired her elegance for years.

How complementing such grace in a woman becomes "sexist" is beyond me. One thing about me that my husband was first attracted to was 'how I carry myself when I enter a room'.

ETA: Video:

The confidence and grace in her stride is something.

It's not about if what he said was really sexist, it is the absolute truth that if anyone on the right said the exact same thing about a woman on live tv, they would be branded a sexist and played over and over till it was burned through your retinas and drilled though your eardrums.

So this is a childish, frivolous issue then. Got it.

Nope, you don't get it.
The same media goon would happily assassinate someone's character for the same comments on a female that he made.
Character assassination is not childish or frivolous.

One can argue he was seething with envy that Trump didn't have a frumpy wife to make it easier to belittle him. It was like he said between the lines, "look at that, how am I supposed to degrade that, this job sucks"

Funny thing is, Matthews wouldn't know what to do if she was doing squat thrusts in his face.

This really has me wondering what the proper protocol is when faced with such a situation. Answers please, I hate being unprepared!

sure but I don't think it falls to hypocrisy because it isn't sexist to me. Hypocrisy is Mika claiming the female anchors at FOX are only hired for their beauty..now that's rich.
