Hah, now you've got me listening to tunes with horns...
This one, so 80's, lol! The horns don't show up until nearly the 2 minute mark, but you can feel/see the energy they bring. Anyway, it's such a fun video from MTV's early days...

Don't know if "horns" means brass-Only...but, this Sax wails, and screams and squawks and...is an outstanding backdrop for the legendary Joe Cocker... "You Can Leave Your Hat On"
