we shouldn't be looking at should they or shouldn't they, because in my opinion the FBI has been a yes man organization with little in the way of independent thought for the majority of my life. So just how bad would the situation have to be for them to even hint that they may break the law to get the truth out there..

He is quoted as saying that he read Hillary's memos for 6-7 hours and the would go work in the garden.
Either Sid and Hillary had a lot of correspondence, or he was reading something more than Sid's emails.

I have posted released emails that indicate the State Department had intelligence indicating that Hillary's Blackberry was compromised by foreign intelligence groups while she was in Beijing, very early into her stint as SOS.

If it wasn't for Guccifer, no one may have ever learned of the existence of Hillary's server and emails.... Outside of the State Department, anyway.
If he hadn't released the Sid Blumenthal stuff, and someone asked Hillary if she had a private server, she would have denied it.
