It matters not whether something is holding the earth. It matters that you claim the writer of job received knowledge from the creator of the universe but he didn't know the earth was orbiting at fast speeds.
It matters that the writer of ecclesiastes Saud the earth will never move but yet it does.
It matters that the writer of genesis claimed the earth was formed before there was light and it's false.
It matters that the writer of genesis claims that sea creatures were not the first living things on earth and that is false.
Huh? You're sidestepping a very simple question?
What gives?
So - is there something SOLID - VISIBLE - holding the earth as it orbits the sun in space?
Yes. It sits on top of a Christmas tree and rotates by a motor plugged into the sun.
OMG! PROOF God did it!!!!

ok - let's pursue your line of reasoning - what's your "Christmas tree" sitting on then?

That's all you've got is one vague verse. I'm not surprised you keep clinging to it. But hey when the bible said " you set the earth upon it a foundations" then it contradicts your little verse anyways. One part of the book says it hangs on nothing the other part says it is set upon foundations. Can't have it both ways.

Well - I hope the MODS are having fun at your expense.
But I'm not quite sure how long will you keep up with your silliness?

You haven't demonstrated a damn thing actually. You've done nothing but deflected anything you can't refute and stick to one cage verse and assign it meaning to make it fit your arguement. Truly your arguement is nothing but a joke.

You have not clearly demonstrated anything, most certainly not that Jehovah/Allah did anything. You have used circular reasoning, and a number of other logical fallacies, to try and brute force your dogma as the "truth".
The earth does not hang on "nothing" as there are universal forces involved (Gravitation anyone?), and even in space "nothing" is not actually the lack of things.
As is repeatedly said to you, a single line in scripture, does not a scientific theory make. I could go to a page from the early X-men comics, and claim that it predicted the next stage in human evolution
Are you really that obtuse?

No we've talked about this scripture for twenty pages already. You state my lack of reasonableness ? I will not discuss Job 26 any further with you as numerous members have already pointed out its inacuraccy. You think you have reason? Then argue the dozen other scriptures that have been brought up and let go of something that has been beaten to death already!!!!!!!

Okay I'll act like you then.
Psalm 104:5 states
He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved.
Now answer my question. Is the earth set upon anything else? Does the earth move?
As you are doing I will do nothing but ask this question over and over ad infinitum.

you do realize that basing your entire existence on the first sentence of a book is insane, right ?
