Murky waters indeed... we live in seriously scary times...

It is time for all Americans to stand up... and stand against the status quo. It is time to take back our independence...

Well, we must first define the status quo. If I were to define it, it would be a Right-leaning stranglehold of government, banks, corporations and propaganda. I'm a socialist and I have no representation in DC. Even the Democrats are luke-warm Republicans that play the same game with the corps and banks.

But when someone actually brings solutions to the table that do not fit in to this Dem-Rep Right Wing echo chamber, they are cast aside as being extremists. We are called commies or compared to Mao, as they fear we will storm their homes, take their women and force them to join the socialist ranks.

If you want to take off the PC gloves and be completely honest about what is going on in this country, we have to first admit that the Right Wing is our number one problem. That included the Dems and the Reps. We need a balance of both Right and Leftist ideologies to achieve the compromise and balance this country should have. We are far from that. Hell, Hillary Clinton is proof of how far Right we have gone in this country. She's the leader of the Democrat nomination and she positions herself to the right.

That balance will not happen when you have masses of people that are misinformed, brainwashed, will not consider facts and will not take the time to listen to those that think differently.

In the end, it appears that people are becoming more "liberal" over time. So people such as myself have a choice. Either we can try to compromise and work with those that we disagree with, hoping they will act in kind, or we can simply wait and ride out the storm while the hardcore Right Wingers die-off.

The Marines are "The Presidents OWN" (have been so since 1775); and will not come to the aid or back an "Unhinged Commander In Chief" in the attempt to overthrow this government. Who are the Marines and why do they exist: to Uphold the Constitution under 'whatever President' if the other Armed Forces demonstrate a coup detat to take over the Government and is why called "The Presidents OWN". These are murky waters.

And I swore an oath to "Support and Defend the U.S. Constitution from all enemies... foreign and domestic"...

Guess what... most of our enemies are DOMESTIC!

We do; and the Marines readiness as a first strike force has been compromised by 70% due to equipment failures; lack of replacement parts for 35 year old planes. How about buying some New Planes/Helicopters? Bail out Michigan; Puerto Rico (from bankruptcy) NO; with billions of our tax dollars? Take that money and fund our Military. Where are our priorities?

I'm really at a loss as to how to respond.

I tried to create a post that would spark a conversation, that had nothing to do with race, and have been accused of making a racially-motivated post and being paid to do so.

Again, you are exhibiting the same BS you spoke of in the OP, or perhaps we have had a few beers?

So what do we do? How can we stand up and take back our freedom and our county? If someone with good common sense were to write out a detailed plan on what steps to take, I bet plenty of people would follow it.
