Its interesting technology. I just don't feel comfortable around it. Maybe its just me

RFID's have been around for a LONG time. At least 20 years.

Security badges you swipe? Yeah, they've been around a looooong time. That's RFID right there.

I guess because people consider RFID chips the mark of the beast

When You typed this are You referring to Pope Frank saying it is 'kosher'?

Matthew 6
24 "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

The mark is money because it is an enemy of God. If you have a job you work for money meaning you serve money.

Matthew 5
34 But I say to you, make no oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, 35 or by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. 36 Nor shall you make an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. 37 But let your statement be, ‘Yes, yes’ or ‘No, no’; anything beyond these is of evil.

If you have a job you signed an oath to serve them, these are your employment papers. When you sign your name on that dotted line you are taking an oath to work for that company. Jesus said that any oath is of evil.

Luke 20
24 “Show me a denarius. Whose image and inscription are on it?” "Caesar’s,” they replied. 25 He said to them, “Then give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”

Jesus draws a line between Caesar and God, that being money/denarius (image of Caesar) and Jesus himself (the image of God). This ties into "serving two masters".

You cannot buy or sell without the mark, you cannot buy or sell without money. Money is called a "mark" in some countries.

Money is the mark of the beast, we all use it. Satan is the god of this world and money/debt is the tool (mark) that he uses to enslave us.

The words of Jesus are not about using money, only about allowing it to become a master. The second does not follow from the first. He used money himself, had someone keeping a communal purse, got Peter to hand over a coin for the Temple tax. There is nothing evil about money as such.

The modern obsession with finding the mark in currency matters completely misses the point about what is happening. "Not being able to buy and sell" is a straightforward boycott, as the Jews suffered under Nazi Germany. The connection between not having the mark and not being able to sell is not a direct one, but a penalty imposed on those who don't co-operate with the beast.

The other mistake made by modern people, which is also evident here, is looking for "the mark" in something universal. Again, this misses the point that the function of the mark is to distinguish betwen two groups of people, those who follow God and those who don't.
The rejection of God in the mark has to be something more explicit, or else God has no reason to react against it so strongly (see the next chapter in Revelation).

600 feet is not near. They track people in foreign borders with it

600 feet isn't NFC, either. To get that range, you need an active tag with batteries in. As you might have told by looking at your cite, at the part where they use the arcane phrase "far field". As opposed to, say 'near field'.

NFC cannot be used for distance, ever.

NFC generally is, but doesn't HAVE to be, RFID.

You're trying to conjure up some meaning to it that it just doesn't have. NFC is a type of communication, not an application of it. You're confusing the medium with the message.

That's because those sorts of people are ill-informed, and easily fooled.

Generally, you have some sort of theologian with any sense, they're aware of the meanings of the words and concepts used by John in Revelations. And he's not talking about RFID.

If you understand the actual meaning and common use of the Greek term 'charagma' and you're up on 'tefillin', you will understand what John's talking about.

Your general backwoods preacher who got his degree from some backwater theology diploma mill won't. And that's who you see spewing this crap.

They can, but certainly don't have to, and many don't. Don't let the term "frequency" confuse you. It's nothing but how many times something occurs in a unit of time. And that's it. There is no mystery to it.

Look at what YOU posted in the OP. There's your link.

If you actually watch the video YOU linked to, it's a fave of RFID ravers, you will find that there's very little in there at all about RFID. It's about using things like fingerprints, retinal scans and the like for identification.

Actually watch it, don't just flop in things that you see posted as some sort of corroboration. It's almost as bad as using keyword searches and not looking at the returns.

Read them for content. They seem quite clear to me.

Or ask something specific about them. I can't tell what you need more explanation on.
