Can we invite Julian Assange to do an AMA?

Julian Assange has done a few AMAs over at Reddit, but i think it would be great to invite him here as well. His work is a lot more grounded than some of our other guests, and i think he is able to provide a comprehensive look into many aspects actually affecting the world. In any case, i'm sure most of our members would like to ask him something.

If any of the admins want to follow this up, you can contact WikiLeaks at: press @ wikileaks . org

I agree, when SO made the thread announcing the upcoming AMAs I asked about him and Snowden.

They've mostly had folks Ive never heard of. But some of them have been cool.

I'd second Snowden, that would be cool.

Mr Assange would certainly draw in a crowd to ATS, I'd hazard a guess that a few agencies (not just the US ones) may monitor the thread as well.

I would like to ask him what he thinks is the single most damning document/evidence he is privy to, which powers/regimes are effected by same and whether he holds this information as any sort of insurance policy.

I would be very interested in both guests mentioned... Question, has there ever been an AMA with Bob Lazar on ATS? I wouldn't mind him either..

Sure, why not? Not like they're going to give up his location.

But I bet not. Toooo much stigma attached to actual whistle blowers in the US gubment.

I would ask him why he supports transparency and justice, when he exempts himself. Why won't he face his accusers and demonstrate his oft voiced innocence that he is squeaky clean and not a (ahem) rapist?

I'd ask him about the connection between Mossad and Wikileaks and how it came about. Did they infiltrate or was he a Mossad 'agent' from the start?

Obviously i can't answer most of those questions for him, but the one regarding his stance on transparency is clear. He's always been big on people's right to privacy while supporting corporate and government transparency.
