Notorious P.I.G.

Freaking legendary name.

As for my suggestion: Pig'n'Out or NoForkPork

That rocks! Could have a line underneath with all kinds of alliterations:

biscuits, barbeque, buns, braised pork and beans

Fat Pig

The Whole Hog

Jurassic Pork

Pig Out

Pig on the Street

Saw one once called Pig Vicious but can't say I'd recommend that.

Good Luck

There is a traveling competition team that goes by Notorious P.I.G. I saw them last week and ate their food in New Orleans at www.hogsforthecause.org...

I suggest get rid of the hamburger and do a pork-burger (ground pork) a pulled pork sand or taco. I've been in the industry for over 3 decades and that hamburger on there may ruin the whole concept and have you lookin for a job flipping someone else's burgers.

And yes on the curly fries someone suggested and serve them with cheese, pork debris, sour cream, japalenos, green onions. You will already have the pork debris as a byproduct and it will be what gets ordered most. Also (with just fries cheese and pork ) is an easy thing for parents to get kids so they can by your other items.

Good luck. Location man, that's what you have to figure out.

They're nicknamed as a "Jolly Jeep" here for the side of the road food trucks, a play on the name of the fast food Jollibee chain

Wow, ATS can be a great marketing resource.
Some great names in here, you gotta pick one with input like this.
If I ever need a business name, I will try this as well.

Good luck on your new food truck. Nothing like a good cash business.
