No it’s more like toss and scream.
From charley horses and heartburn pain,
trips to the bathroom again and again.
Drifting off to fly and soar,
awakened by ones own snore.
Too hot to even use a sheet.
Later feeling ice on feet.
Strange noises from outside and in,
strange creeping feelings on ones skin.
Eyes opened by mornings light.
Tired all day,
awake all night.
