Well, the most important question now is not the time line of the complete exit of Britain from the EU, but what is going to be the Scottish reaction to this?

As far as I can see the Scottish nationalists had warned in advance that if Britain moved away from Europe they would try again to convoke a national referendum for their independence.

Boris Johnson, one of the leaders for the Brexit, just announced today he will not seek any leadership positions, including Prime Minister.

I am wondering if he knows how difficult it will be to exit and is concerned it would be the end of his political career.

The BBC had a story on this---basically he was stabbed in the back by his "allies".

In fact Johnson was less of a committed Brexiteer than a populist and it was anticipated he wouldn't actually go through with it but just make a big fuss over a loud "negotiation" or something and come back to his people to say "hey we recomputed the numbers, and it will be really bad to leave....but I'll give everybody ponies and corgies instead!"

After all, his home constituency, London, voted heavily to stay in EU---as did the university towns of Cambridge & Oxford.

Now the new PM is committed to leaving EU, and if UK Parliament officially votes that way (even with all of Scotland voting 'nay'), Scotland will themselves go Scotxit.

Since this is the WW3 forum, we have to bring in that angle: unquestionably Vladimir is toasting the Brexit vote. Kneecapping the strongest deployable military in Europe, creating friction with its neighbors, and maybe even inducing its breakup? KGB playbook. I wouldn't even be surprised if Russia was funding/aiding the Leave campaign---as it is now known that the USSR funded leftist political opponents in the UK during the Cold War.

1) NATO and EU have boosted a bloody coup d'état in Ukraine to remove a government that was democratically elected, 2) Then they support a civil war to force a political change to put their nuclear missiles in that country and force it to join to their fight against a fictitious enemy, Iran ( a country that officially has no conflict at all with the west)
3) They arranged new elections without the counting the electoral districts of the regions that were not willing to join them, to put a puppet government endorsing their sinister WWIII plans.
4) Finally, They promoted a so aggressive anti Russian propaganda campaign in Ukraine, demonizing and trying to isolate a country that has been collaborative in the fight against the true enemy, that is against the terrorism of ISIS.

Brexit has nothing to do with Russia, it was a democratic referendum in which only British people participated and the final outcome is a reaction to policies that were clearly affecting negatively their interests.

Do you know that the Boston bombing is not the only terrorist attack in America where Chechens were linked, it is now being investigated a possible connection in between fundamentalists Chechen and the Orlando Massacre. One man that was linked with Boston bombing and came from Chechnya was killed in Orlando in 2013.
