Time Travel...What year would you travel to?

If you could Time Travel what year would you go back to? From 1492 until 2016.

Example: I would time travel to the year 2006 to see if my ex-girlfriend was really cheating on my with my best friend!

pack a few electronics and travel back to have chat with tesla show him lasers and show him inductive chargers etc. he created this electronic world anyhow.

I time travel every time I tune into a TV show with historical film footage of by gone eras. Never minding the file footage aspect and or dialogue, theres whole worlds to explore there.

But if I had to choose a before recorded time, time…

Anytime will do, as long as I can get back to now. They struggled with life, a day was hard work for most, travel slow, growing food and preparing it, maintaining shelter, fires, hay, feed, cooking, drawing water… beating your frigging dirty wet clothes on a rock.

Any info about the wider world outside your meager existence was scant. As far as living on a farm or homesteading, people still do that, don't have to go far. As far as revisiting some pivotal point in history, its usually overblown and out of context with the reality, we'd be disappointed.

I enjoy the fullness of history and others perspective, right here, and everywhere.

His 'work' is somebody else's. First of all the time machine was his BMW, , not just this box in the pic, right? With an installed old computer? Then this box with cutaway, showing circuitry, cooling fan at one end, dual circuitry of power supply, inverter and batteries at the back…
