If my choices are limited to socialists, dominionists, and sell-outs, then I will not participate in their game.

Jesus was a socialist, you know.

I'm glad to hear you don't want a Dominionist, or a sell-out, though.

A teacher once posed a question to me. Why did Satan get to offer the kingdoms of the world to Jesus during his temptation. Gave me something to think about.

AKRA, Let's see how long this poser lasts. First T&C violation calling you a fool. Second violation attacking the Messenger and Not the Message. Third Violation Disrespect of other ATS Members.

He told Jewish Beleivers under the Gospel of the Kingdom to arm themselves and be prepared to fight.

Under the Gospel of the grace of God Paul said for believers to live peaceably with all men if it is possible for you to do so. If not we are free to defend ourselves.

Ro 12:18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

I have been studying their patterns over the last two months and it seems this is a consorted effort of no more than three different people using IP masking tools, but it could be done by two. They sign/join in along the same days registering up to three different accounts some of the accounts get banned and some don't. Some just take longer for ATS to catch on and then ban that account too.

They definitely have and agenda, and it is mainly targeted at Christian threads, bashing Christians, belittling the word of God, and trying to get followers after themselves. I would like to see the PM's between them if there are any. Because they are definitely coordinating.

Do you remember a post I did onthe world wide Caliphate? In there I posted about the three D's of a disinformationist.

This is a good training post for anyone wish to learn the 3 D technique of telling if someone is a dissinformationist or really speaking truth.

The 3 D's are:

Dismiss
Debunk
and Demean

This is exactly what these are doing in many of the threads. They are not promoting truth but instead disinformation to dissuade belief in the NT scriptures and salvation by grace through Faith.

Plus they give no links to any of their opinions they always say it is biblical and logical but you will not see them source their claims.

Indeed if the adversary offers Jesus the world the adversary sees the world as his to give.

Yet be he right or wrong we don't have to share that opinion now do we?

What was the name of the place ruled by the devil again? I'd rather be in the kingdom of god but hey, suit your self.

The devil rules on the earth and in this world there is no other place he rules.

Surely he rules some of the earth.

Did he rule Christ? Or the twelve?

How about the twelve of the twelve?

I get what you're trying to say, but I disagree with the delivery and the main point. How do you expect the 2 billion plus Christians around the world to manage the rules and resources around them? Politics simply deal with the rules among humans, making it neither inherently good nor bad.

Even if every Christian strictly followed the Bible, how would they determine how to build infrastructure, harvest and distribute food and other goods, or enforce the rules and punishments in the Bible? Whatever answer you can give to that question is still a part of "politics", because anything dealing with community-wide rules and the enforcement of those rules would still be called "politics".

Any community with an acknowledged leader or leaders would also have "politics" by default, since politics would deal with the leaders' decisions and enforcement of those decisions.

Good and reasoning questions.

Scripture states:

(Romans 13:1, 2) 13 Let every person be in subjection to the superior authorities, for there is no authority except by God; the existing authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God. 2 Therefore, whoever opposes the authority has taken a stand against the arrangement of God; those who have taken a stand against it will bring judgment against themselves.

So God has allowed humans to rule themselves. So all of what you ask for, while tiny in comparison to what God could provide, God did say we need to follow. So a Christian must subject themselves to the the governments they are in, as much as the governments do NOT interfere with true worship of Jehovah God.

For example, trying to force them to murder each other in war.

And also Jesus himself said:

(Matthew 22:21) . . .“Pay back, therefore, Caesar’s things to Caesar, but God’s things to God.”

This post entirely contradicts the premise you stated with your OP. Of course these are Paul's words.

Self defense is entirely different, and when it comes to defending the homeland from invaders, we are to take up the sword.

I guess that >you< have more of 'value' to 'defend' than Jesus did...
For which you would kill!
I wonder why Jesus told the rich man to sell it ALL and give to the poor, AND THEN come follow him?!
Perhaps you are missing Jesus' entire point because, as the rich man who sadly walked away from Jesus, you have 'too much to lose'...?

Or maybe you should just not comment on things you don't understand. And stop making assumptions about my character and faith!!!

Jesus told His disciples to arm themselves, but He also told them to respect authority unto death, so at some point, you have to determine for yourself the appropriate course of action. Or are you ignorant of the actions of Abraham, Moses, Joshua, and David...acts of war that God sanctioned?

Yes there is a difference, one example is voluntary, the other is legally mandated. That's how I look at it, as it is.

It doesn't have to be "under duress." You can simply decide that it's more convenient to have someone else do all the legwork - all you need to do is pay your taxes. NO ONE has asked you to "decide" who is worthy, and that's not your place anyway.

You all want to "be the judge" of who needs your help and whether in your opinion they are worthy before you contribute. You want to treat your taxes like "grants" or "scholarships" that YOU get to dole out to "those who deserve".

And that's why your position is hypocritical. It isn't up to you to determine who is worthy and who is not.
What's up to you is to do your civic duty and pitch in. YOU don't get to choose who gets the money for what.

Bunch of judgmental arrogance, that.

LOL!!!!!

You are funny. You all 'give' because you are "under duress" or "threatened with" being sent to HELL!!! You "give" because your megarich preacher tells you he'll see to it that you don't go to hell if you give.

That is BRIBERY at best, or extortion at worst. It's so hypocritical it's insane. Insane to believe some preacher needs a private jet and you have to pitch in to the funds or you'll go to hell - but to think you have the right to judge others and determine whether THEY can have food or housing.

That isn't "love", wisvol.
That's self-absorbed judgmentalism. Think about it.

That is a misconception and a stereotype. Maybe you too, should educate yourself regarding Jesus before commenting.
