Miley Cyrus Blinking Sideways.

What the hell is going on in this video? Is it an Hoax? special effects? Eye disease?

Video's like these are generally poor in quality but this one is quite good. I don't see any camera movement or light change... there is also very little pixelation.

It actually does look like a physical reaction... What do you think?

I think that if you go and find the original video, you will have your answer. Just take a screenshot and reverse image search it on google.

At least the YouTuber had the decency to include the original video. I see nothing weird at 7:40 either, in fact the video from the OP has lightened the iris, clearly a video manipulation effect.

Yes you can clearly see the "lightened the iris" It looks like an overlay effect.

Didn't mean to be abrupt, it's just these types of video's are a dime a dozen. When I see a human with a nictitating membrane then I will maybe sit up and pay attention. IF there is clear video of it, and IF the membrane can be clearly defined.

Until then so far all I've seen are images and video's altered, some good, some badly.

Think of it this way. If someone was actually a reptile in a human meat suit, they wouldn't bring their own eyelids along for the ride. They'd be using the original equipment, so looking for this "tell" is a waste of time.
