Bernie won't be any kind of answer and the video says rather clearly why.

Oh, I see. It's a right-wing disinfo outlet trying to "correct" us about what democratic socialism as Bernie proposes it is about...which is that which Canada and Australia and many other European countries have already tried and proven successful.....

So - I think you mean to be talking to members who shore up and back your catastrophized, exaggerated, uninformed/disinformed bias about this issue.

Wrong thread maybe? Try again......

In any case: What is the satement/post/claim to which you responded: "No he won't"
??

What are you talking about? Bernie is a communist and wants to implement North Korea style politics into our system. He will do this by enabling drug users and pot smokers, making the nation so high that we do not notice as he implements a totalitarianism government. Our flag will fly the colors of the rainbow, straight couples will be broken up, and maximum wages will be implemented - All excess given to people who don't look for jobs and live off the government..

Shoot, sorry. Had a take-over for a second there. That damn conservative virus.

It's extremely arguable that no one system lasts a long time. Capitalism had it's run, our golden years were decades ago. Look it up -Our most major advancements in recent years are just built on the progress made years ago. Give us a few year or decades of something new - Let's take money out of politics, let's change things up - Then we can talk about "the old ways" because inevitably, no one system lasts forever.

"old ways" meaning economically. Democratic socialism is failing in countries who aren't careful and get too cozy in certain aspects, but capitalism obviously is not succeeding anywhere. You have to mix it up, adapt to the times - Sanders is really the only one offering this.

You're quite welcome!

I'm not simply gung-ho for Sanders or anything. He is just a man - He has good ideas, bad ideas, he sometimes spills his coffee and has probably tripped over his shoe-laces a few times.

Ha - I'm just saying, I'm all for anyone who will change things up in a forward-thinking fashion. Someone who wants to challenge the elite who have lead us further into inequality, accumulation of wealth to the top, etc. Any person who challenges these negative aspects of America - I am for that person.

Sanders just happens to be the guy who has a mega-phone in his hands, and he's pointing it at these very people I'm talking about, and giving them the finger - And asking us as individual people, who care about our futures to give them the finger, too.

Hopefully it will be less fingers, and more legislation under his presidency, though. More indictments, less hope. If someone does get in that does not wish to challenge the elite.. Someone probably bought by, or elite themselves, meh. I don't want that to happen.

I've been donating, too - did you get your bumper stickers? Mine haven't arrived (which, as it turns out, is at this point irrelevant, because my car was stolen a week ago) - but I got a yard sign......

lmao, sorry. Hope the sign helps.

I'm glad bernie smoked her.

I hope he goes all the way but I just watched some of the debate and he just won't hit her on the most obvious things.
That gun manufacturing thing is unbelievably stupid and he couldn't say anything much about it.

He's a Russian activist and Chess Champ who rivaled Putin. I understand what he's saying, but it doesn't persuade me. I'm one of those silly "nationalists" who doesn't think America's role is to force the rest of the world to comply.

He grew up in Communist Russia, so his opinion, as smart and 'strategic-minded' as he may be, is skewed (as was Ayn Rand's). How is it America's "obligation" to use military might and money to dictate to the rest of the world "how they should behave" when our own citizens are struggling?

Sorry - when our own house is sufficiently repaired and cleaned up, THEN we can go and help the neighbors. Until then, my priorities lie here at home.

How do you think that "flamboyancy" is going to work in a diplomatic situation? I don't know if anyone has called the Queen "Liz" to her face but I fear Trump would. Or worse, shush her.

You weren't asking me - but - it won't. It won't work.
World leaders have already weighed in on Trump.....he's about as popular with world leaders as Cruz is in congress.

I don't know if anyone has called the Queen "Liz" to her face but I fear Trump would. Or worse, shush her.

He probably would.
On both counts -
he would say, with a wave of his hand, "Shush, Liz. I'm talking."

But Trumps dirty mouth has turned off so many female Christian Republicans that he is going to need a miracle to get enough votes to beat Clinton.

How can he not see that his "glorious Flamboyant" BS is driving away his core demographic. Without minorities, millennials, and Christian women. He's doa. MY right wing, elderly, baptist, Reaganite, calls Donald that "nasty, ugly SOB" and she never uses profanity.

The conservatives won't be going Roar, roar, ...they will be going whaaa? whaaa? whaaa?

We are seeing the salesman, when he takes over we would see a businessman get the correct information and use it in an APOLITICAL fashion.
One would hope for the benefit of the country, but after these last three doozies I'm surprised no one has done something on a national basis about it in a highly disruptive fashion.

Bringing us to the country doing so.

Not if he keeps up with that foul mouth. Even the evangelicals will bail on that BS. They still subscribe to "family Values" Trump hardly exemplifies that.
I think he is sowing the seeds of his own destruction on purpose.

Makes people like ME wonder when the shooting is going to start.
YOU think that gives me some kind of joy ,I hope one day you figure out how to read people.
I am going for Trump because the other two are more dangerous, they'll get MY troops killed with their assinine methods of conflict that has SO adroitly formented another coldwar on 2 frontsChina and the Middle East. I pray to Christ they don't decide to say screw it and hit us under this MORON.
AND your discription of ME is discordant.
GOOD! it's called waking up.
WAIT UNTIL you get a GOOD look at what you NOW support and what is about to hit the country like a rubberband. I wanted a calmer repesentaive from outside the parties ,Dr.Carson.
BUt I guess we are THAT pissed off at this crap so we will see .

It's quite clear that you are royally pissed off. No question about that.

Nevertheless, when you say that you want Trump just for the anarchist gun-slinging chaos that would follow - well, that is, while understandable in a rhetorical and "here's-what-I'd-like-to-do" fantasy type scenario, very dark and disturbing.

Just saying.
Take some deep breaths.
Your PTSD is showing. Get some help for that.
