The diameter of that tarp is too short to be a UFO, that should be obvious.

The X-47B funding runs out this Fiscal Year, with no additional funding asked for next year. They're supposed to go to museums after they are retired, but they haven't said which ones. It's about the right size for one of them being moved somewhere, possibly to the Boneyard for temporary storage or even back to Palmdale for something.

It's a UTO (Unidentified Transported Object.) Beyond that, no idea, except there's plenty of large convex objects with legit explanations. Had to be a nice expensive transport, that's for sure.
