Interesting Sight on an Arizona Highway Friday Morning........

This is a brief post, just thought it was an interesting curiosity.........

AZ3 odd object on highway

HOLBROOK, AZ (KPHO/KTVK) -
Call the Men in Black!

Folks driving on Arizona State Route 77 near Holbrook Friday morning got quite a surprise.

Charlene Yazzie just had to take a photo.

“I was driving north and the truck was headed south to the freeway,” she told our reporter. “It was escorted by three DPS vehicles”.

Her photo shows a large saucer-shaped object, draped in tarps, on the bed of a flatbed semi-hauler. She posted the photo on Facebook and the speculation began.

“UFO,” wrote one person. “ET came home,” commented another.

We contacted the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Duty Office, which dispatches troopers all over the state, responded cleverly, “UnFOrtunately we do not know what that is but it looks interesting.”

We will keep looking for an explanation. Until then, what do YOU think?

Any ideas?

Oh there's no way to know......they went and hid the dang thang under a tarp.......IDK....just a drifter I guess...

Escorted by the DPS officers...in the morning...down a major highway. Yep, definitely a UFO.

A couple of the comments on the link provided suggest dish antenna.....

notice the possible squared off frame under the tarp......

Must be one hellova powerful radar or communication device then.....

could be a dish.......but then why not save yourself the trouble and build it on site?

It could be something as mundane as roof trusses (probably not roof trusses, but could be).
The reason for DPS escort is very simple. It is an oversize load and has to be permitted for travel and only on a predetermined route. The state has criteria for when the load needs an escort and whether the escort may be provided by a private escort service or must be done by the DPS. And it costs a lot of money.

Probably something similar to this, it turned out to be an X-47 b with the wings folded, at least that is what they said.
Of course the video uploader said it was a ufo.

if it were something secretive I'm sure logic would tell us that it would be well hidden with something other than a tarpolin. It resembles a dish moreso than a saucer. Besides isn't it time we lost the UN of unidentified as most of the phenonema seen by so many is truly identified flying objects these days. It's not possible that the governments do not know what those objects are, and so they are no longer unidentified. They know right well its travellers from another dimension, and beyond human understanding at this point in time. We are not dim wits, what we do need to find out is what sort of dimensional creatures or life forms they are, and why they are coming into our dimension. If they have something to tell us, then tell us. or bugger off back to their own neighbourhood and let us get on with our evolution.

Anyone can tell it's not a UFO. And you don't even have to know what it is.
It's government owned low security. I know there's high security when they
move parts of the underground tunneling system. And the feds are in black
at every intersection sporting automatic weapons and only blue and red lights
on their vehicles. They go thru applevalley all the time and the entourage is
like unto a funeral or a parade. This is just something they obviously don't
give to shakes about.

If it was a UFO, I doubt they would be hauling it on the highway during the day. Than again, someone can argue the best kept secrets are kept out in the open.

The best kept secrets are kept in plain sight......and i never said it was a UFO....I said it was an unidentified hauled object ;P Clearly, it is not flying

Its a UO not a UFO, the difference is easy to spot.

It's probably swamp gas. Or maybe the planet Venus.

It could be something mundane, like flying saucer or some type of alien spacecraft.
The thing obviously crashed nearby.

If in fact it was, armed security would INVADE before it.
They would have to secure any device that records and keep people away.

Most likely was a UAV of some kind heading for assembly somewhere nearby. Or to storage.
