Not to mention that water is probably several billion times more irradiated than the water at Fukushima

At times radiation seems to enhance or destabilize the growth of things overtime. Ex humans and Sol/SUN radiation.
So is it possible natural irradiated processes encourage growth also if even beginning micro size growth?
Its not easy to pick up the density information clearly like if its fluid water as thick and dense as ocean - river - lake EA*RTH water or is it more condensed slightly frozen or heated vapor? It is however a very interesting share. At least some who fear some are here for mineral resources can see there also are found and possible unknown water sources out there already...

Seven hundred and fifty light-years from Earth, a young, sunlike star has been found with jets that blast epic quantities of water into interstellar space, shooting out droplets that move faster than a speeding bullet.

The discovery suggests that protostars may be seeding the universe with water. These stellar embryos shoot jets of material from their north and south poles as their growth is fed by infalling dust that circles the bodies in vast disks.

Now that I can accept as a clear theory.

Well, maybe. If the quasar were to be producing a lot of high energy neutrons. In which case you'd get heavy ( with deuterium, "super heavy" with tritium) water.

In general though, irradiated water could be considered nothing more than biologically pure. No living critters. Other than that, it's water.

In any case, at Fukushima, it is not the water which is radioactive. It's the stuff in the water. Cesium and stuff like that.

Maybe. Or perhaps a race of alien religious nuts down to bang earth girls and turn us on to their hazy, cosmic space religion?
