So is this not a hoax? Confused why something from a fake news site is still not hoax'd or LOL'd.
Guess it shows at least 13 people will just flag something for a title and not bother to look up anything about it.

Even if it turned out he was, it wouldn't make any difference to me. His policies were disastrous, he killed innocent people and he was a puppet like every other puppet. Everything else outside of that is peripheral and unworthy of spending energy on imo.
