Ummm...here's a little tongue in cheek emulative ancestor worship...(so say some)...
Henry the eighty eighth...
Act I Scene II
We stand
Not in mere defiance
But to give with our last breath
A final meager show of arm
A hope and a promise
That the sins of our nature
Not be counted
Among the ere’s of our children
We Stand
Before this vast spread of branch
Before ever we came as witness to this event
This great tree stood
Unwittingly
Unknowingly parcelling as gift
this segment of it’s sojourn
That we the commonality
The pox of grand endeavor
Succumb in happy circumstance
to our entropic childhood
We stand
Not only as a means of physical achievement
But justly
With righteousness our council
This sole pathetic gift
Our immutable bastion
That history bear as ultimatum our call
That it give in full stark measure
The truth of conflict
The honest appraisal of our action
