It's out of our ability to control it.

Lower corperate tax.....There solved

I don't think lower taxes will solve the problem if there is cheaper labor with no rights, no environmental regulations and so on for them to flee to.

In China, the average Chinese makes a dollar an hour and in Thailand it is even lower.
There needs to be a Global Movement among all workers of the world to unite and organize like Organized Big Business has.

NAFTA, GAT, TPP etc was brought to use by Organized Big Business

I'm not an economist, but if a government is doing something (like raising taxes) that is driving manufacturing away from America, then how is raising taxes even more going to help the economy?

A government that finds a way to maintain a higher tax rate and finds a way to force businesses to stay, and finds a way to force businesses to earn less. . . . .

Well that is a government that has found a way to control the means of production.

We are talking the Republic of Ireland here, not a 3rd world cesspit. Labours costs and standard of living are likley similar if not better than in some US states!
